everything I needed to know was easily accessible and explained in easy to understand ways. They were flexible re dates of meetings, phone calls etc. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming and I think I struck a fair deal about the purchase.

Extremely satisfied. Adam was in regular contact offering diff coloured cars. The 5 day ins cover was great. The showroom was immaculate we were offered drinks on arrival, staff were friendly. The name board and unveiling of the car was impressive.

The reason for the answer is Stratstone Derby provide us only one key for brand new car as they advised that I can set up digital key, but both keys are needed for setting up digital key.

Great service, loan car was all ready and I got an update via email on the vehicle check and also a phone call to tell me my vehicle was ready to collect.

I have chased the above for 8 days nobody calls me make it was my understanding we were waiting for BMW to sign off an upgrade on the car. Now the car is going back in tomorrow for a soft reboot which I'm concerned won't update the above issues.

The service carried out was excellent however I was notified I would need a replacement front tyre, which I already knew of. The quote for a replacement tyre was £40 more than i subsequently paid for a replacement at a tyre specialist.

I felt that being advised to replace brake pads before needed wasn't great as between MOTs the car had only done around 6000 miles and there is at least that still on them.

Team was very helpful on the day, technician went out to see what sounds he could hear. Only downside was that my dashcam was unplugged and nobody told me and it was 2 days before i noticed.

I had to call 3 times to try and get a quote for the work required. No one gave me a price until I dropped the car off. By that time it was too late to get other quotes given an engine warning light had come on.

Vanessa kept us fully informed regarding extra work to be done and obtained a competitive price for new tyres. Despite us giving late approval for the work, Vanessa managed to fit us in so we could collect the following lunchtime.

Craig was very good, he was efficient and helpful. I mentioned how awful our experience had been at the handover of our BMW and he said that when we are looking for a new car and he will put us in touch with a sales advisor.

I was disappointed that I needed two new rear tyres for considerable wear on a car that is less than 2 years old which I had had from new from Stratstone Derby in Oct 2023. It is feasible the balance was not right on the car from the outset.

At the handover the Service Assistant was happy to hand over what I considered to be a vehicle in a dangerous condition with what he considered "advisory" issues. Fortunately Matt the Service Manager stepped in and was able to resolve the issue.
